Refunds & Exchanges
The products from 34 rue Louise Émilie are carefully reworked by artisans. We do not offer refunds.
However, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for products of equal or similar value. To initiate a return for exchange, please email contact@34ruelouiseemilie.com
Please note that all returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging products.

Damaged or missing items
